Policies checklist. Check each confirming you agree and understand: I agree to pay in full at time of service. I understand that The Boujee Dog LLC requires 48 hours in advance for cancellation/reschedules. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a 50% of the missed grooming fee. Failure to give 24 hr advance notice will result in a 100% grooming fee to be paid before rescheduling and/or holding future appointments. After 2 no-show or last minute cancellations, The Boujee Dog LLC reserves the right to terminate the client relationship. I understand that if I am 10 minutes late for my scheduled appointment I will be asked to forfeit the appointment and pay 50% of the grooming fee. I understand that my service fees will increase annually on April 1st by 2% I understand that the Boujee Dog LLC rates vary from Pet to Pet, depending on size temperament and desired hairstyle. I understand that the grooming process may be stressful for my dog(s) and may bring out underlying health issues. I understand that a neglected (matted or packed) coat may cause skin infections, bruising, and other health related issues. I agree not to hold the Boujee Dog LLC, responsible for any injuries incurred by neglected coat. The Boujee Dog LLC is a flea free facility. If fleas are found I agree to immediately pick my pet up and pay the cancellation fee. I give permission for The Boujee Dog LLC to use my dog's name and image on social media, website and marketing. My dog(s) is fully vetted and up to date on his/her rabies vaccination. I agree to keep my dog(s) on a 6 week or less schedule with the Boujee Dog LLC. appointments spaced longer than 6weeks will acquire an additional maintenance fee. I understand pre-booking a minimum of 3 appointments at a time is required to maintain a 6week or less schedule. Scheduling out for the year is recommended
